Ive worked out at many gyms over the years. Including several in this area. This is by far my favorite. First, the owner is a great guy that will go out of his way to help you. He's much more knowledgeable than most owners/managers that I know and have met in the area. The facility is always clean. They have a fantastic mix of equipment from old school style machines to newer ones. There's a separate room for power lifting. Saunas in the locker rooms. 24/7 access at a very affordable price. Very spacious.
